How to match your utensils to your kitchen:

In order to match your bits to your bobs, you need to decipher what your aesthetic is. If you don’t already know this, there’s a few simple ways to figure it out.

If you’re into flawless design, think: clean lines, sculptural detailing and open, airy spaces, then you have an eye for Scandinavian decor. Known for their obsession with hygge (loosely translated as cosy), don’t for one second think this flawlessness is soulless - it’s a clean, chic and homely look that’s a popular choice for aesthetic conscious millennials. If your uni dorm room was covered with wall hangings and fairy lights, you burn incense like it’s your day job, and you’re a firm believer that more is more, then you my friend, will likely enjoy a Bohemian-inspired eclectic design aesthetic.
